- original promotional texts, taglines, descriptions, stills, trailers, and marketing materials;
- original costume concept, styling direction, and show-specific design elements;
- original editing, sequencing, synchronization, arrangement, and sound-design elements created for the production;
- the name SynthEra, associated branding, and related source-identifying materials.
Audio and Third-Party Materials
- Certain audio components used in connection with SynthEra may include preexisting or third-party underlying materials.
- Astatine Production LLC does not claim ownership of any third-party underlying material except to the extent of its own original authorship, including show-specific editing, sequencing, synchronization, arrangement, sound design, and other original production contributions embodied in SynthEra.
- All third-party names, marks, and underlying materials remain the property of their respective owners, subject to applicable rights, permissions, restrictions, or ownership claims.
Ownership and Control
- The original elements of SynthEra described on this page are owned or controlled by Astatine Production LLC.

Permitted References
- Editorial reference, lawful commentary, and legitimate press mention may be permitted where otherwise allowed by law, provided that such use does not misrepresent affiliation, ownership, sponsorship, authorship, or authorization.
- Any broader use, reproduction, adaptation, performance, publication, synchronization, licensing, or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission from Astatine Production LLC.
Enforcement
- Astatine Production LLC reserves all rights in and to SynthEra and related protected materials.
